According to the news, IPAMC successfully entered the Indian capital market on December 19, and its stock price surged 19% on the first day of listing, making it the second-highest IPO project with the subscription ratio in the Indian capital market in 2025. According to reports, IPAMC is one of the largest asset management companies in India. It was established as a joint venture between Prudential Group and Industrial Credit Investment Bank of India in 1998, and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.

Lyon released a research report saying that Prudential completed IPAMC's initial public offering and related share sales in December 2025, and the net proceeds of US$1.4 billion will be returned to shareholders between 2026 and 2027. Lyon estimates that Prudential's share repurchases in 2026 and 2027 were US$1.2 billion and US$1.3 billion, respectively. Coupled with an average compound annual dividend growth rate of 11% between 2025 and 2027, this means that the total shareholder returns in 2026 and 2027 were 4.8% and 5.2%, respectively.
