This year, civil aviation will introduce implementation plans for the top ten international aviation hubs, release a selection method for international aviation hub operators, establish an evaluation and assessment system for international aviation hubs and hub operators; promote the construction of a “four-pole and six-axis” high-altitude route network to strengthen the protection of hub airspace resources; optimize the allocation of air rights schedule resources to further support the development of airline procedures at international aviation hubs, hub operators and main bases; and promote full coverage of simplified working mechanisms at air ports to raise the level of entry and exit facilitation.
