The service period is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. Shanghai's electricity service costs are tentatively estimated at 65.43 million yuan/year, while the other two companies have tentatively estimated 160 million yuan/year, totaling about 225 million yuan/year. CLP International is the controlling shareholder subsidiary of the company. The transaction constituted a related transaction, did not involve an asset equity transaction, and did not constitute a major asset restructuring.
