Operating losses for the 11 months ended November 30, 2025 were mainly due to: (i) non-cash share option expenses of approximately HK$198.6 million due to share options granted by a subsidiary of the company in March 2025; (ii) no proceeds from the sale of subsidiaries of approximately HK$88.4 million; (iii) the further replacement of the traditional payment market by digital payments and additional resource investment in overseas and cross-border businesses.
