Catenai Extends Klarian Loan Repayment Deadline to March 2026

05:08 AM EST, 01/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Catenai (CTAI.L) said Monday it agreed to further extend the repayment terms of a 450,000-pound-sterling unsecured convertible loan note facility provided to Klarian. Under the new extension agreement, Klarian will repay 624,250 pounds due under the loan note by March 31. If repayment occurs after Feb. 28, Catenai will be entitled to an additional extension fee of 74,910 pounds. Should repayment be made before that date, Catenai will receive a proportion of the extension fee. The digital media and technology services company previously agreed extensions in April and June 2025.
