The total number of shares to be transferred under the original agreement was 38.1368 million shares and 10.768 million shares, accounting for a total of 25.01% of the total share capital. Due to Bertran Huineng's failure to fulfill its contractual obligations, including failure to provide loans as agreed, delays in review materials and transfer of funds, etc., the transaction could not proceed.
