In the first instance, it was decided that the company would pay 353 million yuan to Jiawei. After the mediation, the company or subsidiary would make a one-time payment of 100 million yuan for the price difference settlement of Kawei by the end of 2025, and agreed on matters such as cooperation and Jiawei's dividends from 2026 to 2028. Accounting processing is expected to recover estimated liabilities of 254 million yuan, accruing liabilities of 217 million yuan, increasing total profit of 37.1055 million yuan in 2025 and net profit of 19.0796 million yuan to mother.
