The Bank recently received the “China Financial Supervisory Authority's Approval on Liu Ruixia's Eligibility as an Independent Director of Bank of Communications” (Jin Fu [2025] No. 776). The State Financial Supervisory Administration has approved the qualification of Ms. Liu as an independent non-executive director of the Bank, and Ms. Liu has officially taken office as the Bank's independent non-executive director.

According to the resolution of the 24th meeting of the 10th board of directors of the Bank, after Ms. Liu's qualifications as an independent non-executive director were approved, Mr. Shi Lei ceased to serve as an independent non-executive director of the Bank, a member of the Board's Risk Management and Related Transaction Control Committee, and a member of the Personnel Remuneration Committee.
