At the same time, it opened up the “last mile” of the water network, promoted the modernization and transformation of irrigation areas, and added 40 million mu of arable land to be irrigated. The standardized construction and management model for rural water supply has been fully implemented. The rural tap water penetration rate has reached 98%, large-scale water supply projects have covered 78% of the rural population, and the proportion of county management and specialized management has reached 90%.
