Recently, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Notice No. 3765/QD-BCT, making an affirmative anti-dumping ruling on cold-rolled carbon steel coils with a width of less than 1,600 mm and a thickness of 0.108 to 2.55 mm originating in China. It decided to continue to levy anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of five years. The tax rate remained unchanged at 4.43% to 25.22%. The measures will take effect from December 28, 2025, and will be valid until December 27, 2030.
