  • Rockefeller Group announced that Greg Noorigian has joined the company as SVP and chief people officer. Based in New York, he leads the company’s human resources department, succeeding Patricia Glorioso following her retirement. Noorigian was most recently chief human resources officer for Revantage, Blackstone’s real estate services platform.  
  • Acadia Realty Trust announced that David Buell will join the company in January as its new chief accounting officer, succeeding Richard Hartmann. Buell brings more than 15 years of experience from another publicly traded REIT. Hartmann, who has been with Acadia since 1997, will remain with the company to support the transition and will assume a new role as SVP, strategic initiatives. 
  • Synergi, an award-winning international team of engineers, fabricators, and installers of turnkey architectural stairs, appointed Tracy Lea Neff as president. Neff, who previously served as COO, will lead Synergi’s integrated operations model. 
  • KSR, a fully integrated real estate services and investment firm based in New York City, has appointed four new senior professionals across capital markets, retail leasing and operations. Joining the firm are Mark Seruya, senior managing director for capital markets; Sam Sabin, senior director for retail leasing; Abie Dwek, senior director for retail leasing; and Greg Rogers, director of operations. 
  • Annaly Capital Management, Inc. said that Anthony Green, the chief legal officer, chief corporate officer and Secretary and a senior member of the executive team, will be retiring after a distinguished 16 years with Annaly. Green will serve as a senior advisor to the company through March 31. 
  • Mavik, a multi-strategy, credit-oriented investment firm focused on special situations commercial real estate and hard assets across North America, reached close on its second closed-end fund, Mavik Real Estate Special Opportunities VS2, with $685 million in total commitments. VS2 significantly exceeded its $515-million target. 
  • Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, announces the launch and full reservation of DX SB Industrial I DST, the company’s first Delaware Statutory Trust offering. The DST sponsor partnered with Orchard Securities, LLC as the exclusive managing broker-dealer to offer the securities.
