According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dalip Holdings (01921) issued an announcement. Recently, after verification and approval by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIMR) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Saudi Arabia), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dalip International Industries, has obtained a “Temporary Industrial License” issued by MIMR. According to relevant Saudi regulations, a “temporary industrial license” is a necessary condition for the Saudi state to allow foreign and local investors to build manufacturing projects in the country. The purpose is to ensure that the implemented project complies with relevant national regulations and the development direction of the 2030 Vision. Our Saudi energy equipment project has obtained such permits, which indicates that it has obtained administrative approval for the construction project in Saudi Arabia. After the construction of the project is completed, it can be converted into an “industrial production license”.

According to the Temporary Industrial Permit, the Saudi Ministry of Energy (MoE) has also approved Dalip International Industries' electricity consumption target of 60 megawatts. According to Saudi regulations, any business that uses more than 25 megawatts of electricity is required to obtain an MoE electricity quota. In this way, MoE balances energy consumption across the country, avoids repeated construction, and ensures rational use of energy.

The company will begin other work in the construction of the project. The company will promptly announce the relevant schedule of the project.
