Among them, the newly revised “Public Security Administration Penalty Law” includes various acts affecting social security, such as pyramid schemes, injuring people with pets, and “black flight” of drones, within the scope of administration. While increasing penalties, the new version of the “Cybersecurity Law” adds provisions relating to artificial intelligence governance and development, and strengthens risk monitoring, evaluation, and security supervision.
