From January to November 2025, China's trade in services grew steadily. The total import and export volume of services was 7202.37 billion yuan, an increase of 7.1% over the previous year. Among them, exports amounted to 3198.01 billion yuan, an increase of 13.4%; imports amounted to 404.36 billion yuan, an increase of 2.5%; and trade in services deficit of 806.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 279.63 billion yuan. It mainly shows the following characteristics: trade in knowledge-intensive services continues to grow. From January to November, imports and exports of knowledge-intensive services amounted to 2730.57 billion yuan, an increase of 5.6%. Among them, imports and exports of other commercial services, telecommunication computers and information services amounted to 1177.68 billion yuan and 959.21 billion yuan, with growth rates of 4.1% and 8.3% respectively. Exports of knowledge-intensive services amounted to 1601.47 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5%; imports of knowledge-intensive services amounted to 1129.1 billion yuan, an increase of 1.7%; surplus of 472.37 billion yuan, an increase of 106.74 billion yuan over the same period last year. Exports of travel services are growing rapidly. From January to November, travel services grew rapidly, with imports and exports reaching 1976.27 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2%. Among them, exports increased by 51.3% and imports by 1.9%.
