The billing dates specified in the “Used Vehicle Sales Unified Invoice” and the “Unified Motor Vehicle Sales Invoice” submitted by them, as well as the most recent transfer registration date specified in the “Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate” for the transferred old passenger car and the registration date specified in the “Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate” for the newly purchased passenger vehicle should all be after January 1, 2026.
