The “Guiding Opinions” propose four key tasks of expanding traffic exchange scenarios, promoting the collaborative development of digital intelligence in computing networks, enhancing the enabling role of the industry, and promoting technology R&D and deployment, which mainly include guiding value-added telecom enterprises to interconnect through exchange centers, supporting the exchange center to provide services such as multi-line access and cross-border network channels; promoting the widespread access of switching centers to data centers, intelligent computing centers, and supercomputing centers to accelerate the “connection into a network” to build computing power and intelligent transaction platforms A platform for physical interconnection; supports exchange centers to provide innovative services for scenarios such as enterprises going to the cloud, multi-cloud interconnection, 5G virtual private networks, industrial Internet, satellite Internet, etc.; promotes the deployment and application of cutting-edge technology in exchange centers, fully supports IPv6 functions, and supports research and development of common technologies in exchange centers.
