Naseej Reports Reduced Value of Purchase Order from MIS

10:45 AM EST, 12/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Naseej for Technology (SASE:9538) agreed with Al Moammar Information Systems (SASE:7200), d/b/a MIS, on the reduction of the value of the latter's purchase order to 18.5 million Saudi riyals from 60.8 million riyals. Academic and educational institutions-focused information technology services company Naseej said Monday the two parties will not sign a contract and that work will be executed under the amended purchase order, which will start the same day. In November, Naseej was selected by MIS to provide the Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University with IT support, managed services, and license renewals.
