SMIC announced that the registered capital of SMIC Southern will increase from US$6.5 billion to US$10.077 billion. SMIC Holdings, the National Integrated Circuit Fund, the National Integrated Circuit Fund Phase II, the National Integrated Circuit Fund Phase III, the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Fund Phase II, Taixin Dingji, and the Pilot Integrated Circuit Fund will hold 41.561%, 9.392%, 14.885%, 8.361%, 7.939%, 11.253%, 5.545% and 1.063% of SMIC South's shares, respectively.
