CNOOC (00883): Qiu Zhizhong appointed as a member of the Audit Committee

Zhitong Finance App News, CNOOC (00883) announced that Mr. Chen Zeming has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company due to being appointed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Mr. Qiu Zhizhong, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Lin Boqiang, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. All of the above changes will take effect on December 29, 2025.
