According to the League of Nations Minsheng announcement, 81.54 million shares of Minsheng Securities held by Oceanwide Holdings were contested through judicial auctions, accounting for 0.72% of the total share capital of Minsheng Securities. Recently, the company received an “Executive Ruling”, ruling that the ownership of the above shares belongs to the company. On December 29, 2025, Minsheng Securities issued a new share certificate to the company. The number of shares held by the company in Minsheng Securities increased to 11.370 billion shares, a ratio of 99.98%.
