Follett Glass (06865) plans to jointly fund the establishment of Shanghai Fujie with related parties and investors

According to Zhitong Finance App, Follett Glass (06865) announced that Follett Glass Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “the Company”) plans to jointly fund the establishment of Shanghai Fujie with the related party Jiaxing Yihe Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yihe Investment”), with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, of which the company holds 40% of the shares and Yihe Investment holds 60% of the shares.

The source of capital for the company's current foreign investment is the company's own capital. The transaction will not cause changes in the scope of the company's consolidated statements, will not affect the company's normal production and operation activities, will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's finance, production and operation, will not involve business related to the company's main products (photovoltaic glass, float glass, engineering glass and household glass), will not cause competition in the industry, nor will it affect the company's independence. There is no harm to the interests of the company and all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.
