The Jilin Agricultural Commercial Bank took over all assets, liabilities, business, personnel, outlets and all other rights and obligations of the 56 institutions. The original organization was changed to a branch office of the Jilin Agricultural Commercial Bank. The business processing and product services of all outlets were not affected.
