The name of the project is Section II of the Huancheng South Road Comprehensive Pipeline Gallery Project. The project site is located in Haishu District and Yinzhou District, from Lianfeng Middle Road in the west to Century Avenue in the east. The contract price was 451 million yuan, the bid fluctuation rate was -9.63%, and the construction period was 990 calendar days. The municipal group is the leader of the consortium and is responsible for 50% of the construction, greening restoration, mechanical and electrical installation, related ancillary facilities, pipe sheets, shield linings, and main materials for partitions within the scope of the tender.
