Court Approves Termination of Saudi Cable Co's Financial Restructuring Process

The court issued a verbal judgment, with the written ruling expected to be received at a later date, the energy and telecommunications cable company noted. The approval comes after the court's initial Dec. 11 decision rejecting the company's termination request. With the company exiting the restructuring process, it plans to contact its 790 creditors to discuss the mechanism for paying their claims.
