On December 25, the semiconductor micro-nano processing center and test platform of Shenzhen University of Technology were officially completed. As the first public service platform in Shenzhen to focus on the field of compound semiconductor optoelectronics, the application of the platform has filled the gaps in the field of “optical information” and “intelligent sensing” semiconductor chips in Shenzhen. It will provide key support for the high-quality development of the semiconductor industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and establish a foundation for cultivating talents with advanced technology and applied research.
