(hereinafter referred to as “Sunwoda”) signed the “Solid State Battery Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” on December 25, 2025. Both parties have a good brand image. The two sides have strong complementarity and compatibility in terms of strategic cooperation and maintain a good cooperative relationship. They signed this agreement based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit. The aim is to establish a deep strategic partnership to jointly develop new energy battery materials for solid-state battery applications and promote the industrialization and implementation of new energy battery materials for solid-state battery applications.

Through joint development of novel cathode material precursors, this collaboration directly addresses the core technical challenges of solid-state batteries in terms of energy density, safety and cycle life.
