There were 196 online voting shareholders and 505.964 million shares, accounting for 19.45%. Vice Chairman Liao Tongkui presided over the meeting. The meeting reviewed and passed the “Bill on the Appointment of Accounting Firms of the Year 2025”. 58.503 million shares were approved, accounting for 99.77%, while opposition and abstentions accounted for 0.15% and 0.08% of the votes, respectively.
