Data recently revealed by the Guangzhou Land Development Center shows that compared to last year, Guangzhou has made breakthrough progress in housing ticket placement this year. As of the beginning of December, Guangzhou had issued a total of 1,411 housing vouchers, with an amount of 1,888 billion yuan. 1,041 housing stamps had been used to absorb the stock of 792 commercial housing units. Of these, the urban village renovation project had issued a total of 1,445 housing tickets, with an amount of 1,541 billion yuan. While housing ticket placement in Guangzhou is in full swing, Shenzhen is also gradually promoting housing ticket placement and implementation. So far, all four first-tier cities have implemented a housing ticket placement model.
