Kanghong Pharmaceutical announced that the actual net capital raised by the company's initial public offering of shares was 576 million yuan, and the actual net capital raised by the public offering of convertible bonds was 1,609 million yuan, all of which were managed by special accounts. In view of the completion of the “Kanghong Pharmaceutical Solid Oral Formulation Offsite Renovation and Expansion Project”, on December 23, 2025, the company transferred the balance of the special fund raised by the project to the basic account and permanently replenish the working capital to complete the sale procedure. The remaining final payment/warranty fund of the project will be paid using its own funds, and the relevant regulatory agreement will be terminated accordingly.
