Rome Metaverse Group (08072) plans to lease Hong Kong property for use as office

According to Zhitong Finance App, Rome Metaverse Group (08072) announced that on December 24, 2025, the tenant (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the lessor entered into a lease agreement for a period of 3 years from March 27, 2026 to March 26, 2029 (including the first and last two days) to be used as the Group's office.

According to reports, these properties are located in rooms 1101-4, 11th floor, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

After considering factors such as office space, location, rent and other commercial terms provided by the lessor, the directors are of the view that it is in the Group's interest to enter into a lease agreement and use such property as its new head office and principal place of business in Hong Kong. The terms of the tenancy agreement are determined after fair negotiations between the lessor and the lessee, and the rent is determined by reference to the current market rent for comparable properties in neighboring regions. The directors believe that the terms of the lease agreement are fair and reasonable, and that the conclusion of the lease agreement is in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
