Guofu Quantum (00290) completed the issuance of a total of 459 million capitalized shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Guofu Quantum (00290) issued an announcement. All prerequisites for the loan capitalization agreement have been met, and the loan capitalization was completed on December 24, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan capitalization agreement. Following completion, a total of 459 million capitalized shares were officially allotted and issued to the lender (i.e. Dr. Lau Chi-wai, as the subscriber) at the issue price of HK$1.28 per capitalized share under special authorization.

The cost of allocating and issuing capitalized shares of approximately HK$587 million will be settled by offsetting the repayment amount of approximately HK$587 million. As of the date of this announcement, the repayment amount will be deemed to have been repaid, and the Group will owe the lender HK$80 million for shareholder financing under the loan agreement after completion.

Capitalized shares account for about 5.04% of the total number of shares issued immediately before completion; and approximately 4.80% of the total number of issued shares after completion through allotment and expansion of issued capitalized shares. The capitalized shares (HK$0.10 per share) have a face value of HK$458.776.98 million.
