Eurocommercial Properties Secures EUR525 Million Funding for Italian, Swedish Shopping Centers

11:36 PM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eurocommercial Properties (ECMPA.AS, ECMPA.BR) said Tuesday it secured 525 million euros in long-term loans for its shopping centers in Italy and Sweden, providing significant refinancing through 2029. The property investor obtained a 200 million-euro loan from Intesa Sanpaolo (ISP.MI) for its Carosello shopping center in Milan, Italy. The loan will replace the existing debt of 186 million euros. It also signed a new 270 million-euro loan agreement with Unicredit (UCG.MI) and BayernLB for its I Gigli shopping centre in Florence, Italy. The loan has a term of five years and refinances the existing 213 million-euro debt on the property. Additionally, Eurocommercial entered a five-year loan agreement worth 600 million kronor with Deutsche Bank (DBK.F) unit Postbank for its C4 shopping center in Kristianstad, Sweden.
