According to a police notice issued by the Pengze County Public Security Bureau, at around 16:00 on the 23rd, a one-sided vehicle accident occurred on a rural road in Xiangshui Village, Dingshan Town, Pengze County. After receiving the alarm, public security, fire, medical and other departments rushed to the scene to carry out rescue operations. After investigation, Mr. Luo crashed into a roadside pond while driving to the section of the road where the incident occurred, causing the death of 8 people in the car, including Mr. Luo.
