In order to further guarantee the addition of additional stations (stations 3 and 4) and medium- to long-term space launch plans at the Hainan commercial space launch site, match the potential demand for subsequent normalization and high-density launches, and meet the new needs of the Hainan Wenchang Xingjian Industrial Park (satellite gigafactory), the company is actively implementing the Hainan commercial space launch site's special combustion and special gas supporting project capacity expansion plan (phase II of this project). The company has signed the “Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site Special Fuel Special Gas Supporting Project (Phase II) Industry Investment Agreement” with the Wenchang International Space City Administration and the Wenchang Municipal People's Government, with an estimated total investment of about 300 million yuan. According to the relevant demand situation, the capacity expansion plan is to include liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, green hydrogen, helium, krypton, xenon, light hydrocarbons, aerospace kerosene and other related special combustion special gas production, storage and transportation devices to further enhance the supporting supply capacity of the project's special fuel gas to meet rapidly growing potential market demand. Up to now, the company is actively promoting land use planning and site selection for the project involved in this project (Phase II), and other related work is being prepared simultaneously.

The company's specialty gas business is strategically positioned as aerospace specialty gas and anchors the commercial aerospace specialty gas demand area. In addition to the special combustion special gas supporting projects at the Hainan commercial space launch site, the company is actively expanding special combustion special gas cooperation projects at other commercial space launch sites such as the Oriental Space Port in Haiyang, Shandong, and the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Gansu, etc., and has all entered the implementation stage.

Up to now, the company has signed several relevant agreements with Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (under the Eighth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd.). The two sides have reached cooperation on liquid methane, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, helium, etc., and the service implementation site is Dongfang Space Port in Haiyang, Shandong; the company has signed relevant agreements with China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Commercial Rocket Co., Ltd. (under China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd.), and the two sides have cooperated on liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid methane, helium and other products. The service implementation site is Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Gansu Province; the company and China Long March Rocket Co., Ltd. (belonging to the First Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd.) signed a relevant agreement, and the two sides reached an annual supply guarantee cooperation for liquid nitrogen, helium and other products. The company signed a relevant agreement with Beijing Tianbing Technology Co., Ltd., and the two sides reached many collaborations on liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and other products. The service was implemented at Oriental Space Port in Haiyang, Shandong; the company has won the bid for the Shanghai Space Propulsion Research Institute (affiliated with the Sixth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation) for a three-year comprehensive support service project for helium and nitrogen products.
