Vestas Lands 273-MW Wind Turbine Orders in Germany

04:46 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vestas Wind Systems (VWS.CO) said Tuesday it received wind turbine orders totaling 273 megawatts for seven wind power projects in Germany. The Danish wind turbine maker will deliver machines for the 43-MW Presen-Burgstaaken, 49-MW Oldenbroker Feld Niederort, 48-MW Frielendorf-Waltersberg, 24-MW Frielendorf-Dorheim, 38-MW Arneburg Sanne, 25-MW Reichenbach-Steegen and 46-MW Günstedt 2 projects. Deliveries are scheduled between the first and second quarters of 2027, with commissioning expected within the same year. The wind farms are being developed by five companies, including Iterra Energy and Juwi.
