They are hereby promulgated and implemented from March 1, 2026. The regulation proposes to support the construction of regional traditional Chinese medicine preparation centers and promote the large-scale and standardized development of regional traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Support medical institutions to establish traditional Chinese medicine health product transformation platforms, give full play to their professional advantages, develop products such as dietary therapy, cultural creativity, health care, etc., and provide traditional Chinese medicine health services. Traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions are encouraged to use modern information technology such as artificial intelligence to provide online and offline integrated medical services such as traditional Chinese medicine telemedicine, mobile medical care, and smart medical care in accordance with the law. Vocational colleges and universities are encouraged to set up courses specialized in traditional Chinese medicine, build practical teaching bases for traditional Chinese medicine, and train skilled talents in traditional Chinese medicine. Encourage social forces to participate in the development of traditional Chinese medicine through donations, funding, and investment. Non-medical institutions and their personnel providing traditional Chinese medicine health care services must not carry out traditional Chinese medicine medical activities, carry out publicity with the medical nature of traditional Chinese medicine, mislead consumers, and obtain improper benefits under the guise of traditional Chinese medicine theories and terms.
