Letter of Intent attached to Jianpeng Holdings (01722) to obtain construction contracts in Macau

Zhitong Finance App News, Jianpeng Holdings (01722) issued an announcement. Jianpeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) received a letter of intent dated December 8, 2025 from a resort and casino operator. The owner indicated that it intended to award a construction contract relating to the construction of an activity center in Macau to a joint venture owned by Jianpeng Construction and a construction company in Macau (a joint venture partner, a third party independent of the Company and its related parties); and a construction contract relating to the construction of an activity center in Macau Contract engineering and theater contract engineering.

On October 8, 2025, Jianpeng Construction and the joint venture partner signed a joint venture agreement. According to the agreement, Jianpeng Construction and the joint venture partner shall establish two joint ventures. The joint venture partner and Jianpeng Construction will own 60% and 40% of each joint venture respectively. According to the communication between Jianpeng Construction, the joint venture partner and the owner, it is expected that the activity center contract project and the theater contract project will all commence in the first quarter of 2026.

The total contract value of the Activity Centre contract is expected to be approximately HK$1,784 billion upon completion of all activity centre contract projects, which include a number of provisional contract amounts that may not necessarily be implemented. The Event Center contract is expected to be completed around the third quarter of 2027.

The total contract value of the theatre contract is expected to be approximately HK$875 million upon completion of all theatre contract projects, including a number of provisional contract amounts that may not necessarily be implemented. The theater contract is expected to be completed around the fourth quarter of 2027.
