The controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, Mr. He Shida, has now transferred 1,236,800 shares of Galaxy Power. After this transfer of shares, the company will form a joint investment with related parties, constituting a related transaction. The transaction did not constitute a major asset restructuring.
