Since the actual net amount of capital raised after deducting the issuance fee is 1,532 billion yuan, which is lower than the amount of capital raised by the original fund-raising project, the company will adjust the amount of capital raised to be invested in the fund-raising project. After the adjustment, the amount of capital to be raised for the Suzhou to Guzhen Expressway project is 1.19 billion yuan, accounting for 77.66% of the amount of capital raised to be used after the adjustment; the amount of capital raised to be used for supplementary working capital is 342 million yuan, accounting for 22.34% of the amount of capital raised to be used after the adjustment.
