Prologis announced the promotion of Sean Colletta to Senior Vice President, Market Officer for the Seattle, Washington, market. Colletta assumes the responsibilities of Richard Kolpa, who will be retiring at the end of March after over 30 years with the company.

In his new role, Colletta will oversee Prologis’ 24.9 million-square-foot operating portfolio, which comprises 163 facilities in the Seattle area, including the Everett, Kent Valley, Tacoma, and Renton submarkets, as well as team talent and customer engagement. He brings over two decades of industry experience and expertise, including nine years as Market Officer for Prologis’ Portland, Oregon, market.

Colletta’s leadership extends beyond the Pacific Northwest, having served as interim Market Officer for the Prologis’ Denver, Colorado, and Reno, Nevada, markets. Before joining Prologis in 2016, he spent 12 years at a Portland-based commercial real estate development and investment company, where he supported marketing, leasing, new development, acquisitions and property management.
