JLL announced that the American Medical Association (AMA) has signed a 37,000-square-foot lease at Capitol Crossing, a 2.2 million-square-foot development in Washington, D.C., located at 200 Massachusetts Avenue.

JLL’s Nathan Beach, Evan Behr, Kristen Mathis and Anslee Krouch represented Capitol Crossing Advisors in the transactions. Ned Goodwin and Art Santry from Cushman & Wakefield represented AMA.

The association is set to move in late 2026 on the entire ninth floor. The lease comes on the heels of Lewis-Burke Associates’ 21,000-square-foot full-floor signing at 250 Massachusetts Avenue and existing tenant Strategic Marketing Innovations, a Washington-based government affairs firm, expanding its existing lease by an additional 10,000 square feet at 200 Massachusetts Avenue.

Capitol Crossing Advisors is also constructing a full floor of five brand new spec suites at 250 Massachusetts Avenue, ranging in size from 2,800 to 6,000 square feet, allowing future tenants to have move-in-ready space. The spec suites are set to deliver in March 2026.
