According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xinghe Holdings (01891) announced that on December 18, 2025, Heng Hup Metal Sdn Bhd, an indirect holding subsidiary of the company, plans to acquire such properties from Tang Kam Chin. The total purchase price is approximately RM170.358 million (equivalent to approximately HK$32.3869 million).

The directors believe that the acquisition is in the overall interests of the Group and its shareholders. The buyer has been operating these properties for several years under the lease arrangement and has built its warehouses, offices and operating facilities on these properties at its own expense. Ownership of such properties will provide long-term lease protection and eliminate the uncertainty associated with lease renewals.

The directors also noted that these properties have invested a large amount of capital expenditure to build special facilities. The acquisition enabled the Group to protect existing investments and reduce the risk of business interruptions that may arise due to relocation or failure to renew leases.

Details of these properties are as follows: A piece of land leased for 99 years, expiring on September 10, 2106, held as an independent title PN 92795, plot number 37589, located in Pekan Baru Subang, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor, covering an area of 0.711 hectares and mailing address 146 (265) Jalan 1A, Kampung Baru Subang, Seksyen U3, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor; a leased land for 99 years, expired on February 22, 2104, held as an independent title PN 92794, plot number 43181, located in Pekan Baru Subang, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor, an area of 0.6079 hectares, mailing address PT 145 (264), Jalan 1A, Kampung Baru Subang, Seksyen U3, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.
