06:43 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research said National Grid plc (NG.L) is still a buy despite the utility facing a "fast money conundrum" after the British regulator updated its price control models. "We continue to like NG based on (1) its attractive growth profile, with c.8% EPS CAGR over 2025-29% (BofAe), 3.2% cash dividend yield (ex-scrip dilution) and still undemanding 12.9x P/E (March 2027E) as well as (2) potential strategy and asset portfolio review given the arrival of the new CEO," analysts wrote Thursday. The research firm also said that despite a "somewhat less likely" potential for EPS upgrades, it does not expect estimate or consensus downsides. BofA kept its buy rating on the London-listed stock and price objective of 13 pounds sterling, with a 13.6% upside.
