Zhitong Finance App News, Sinoma Technology (002080.SZ) announced that, according to the “Notice of the Suzhou Gusu District People's Government on Housing Expropriation Decision on State-owned Land” issued by the Suzhou Gusu District People's Government on November 13, 2025, due to the needs of public interest construction projects and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Council's “Regulations on Housing Expropriation and Compensation on State-owned Land”, the Suzhou Gusu District People's Government decided to consider the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou Nonmetallic Mining Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Suzhou Nonmetallic Mining”) The housing assets (“Sanxiang Road Building”) located at 999 Sanxiang Road in Suzhou (“Sanxiang Road Building” for short) were expropriated, and the right to use state-owned land was taken back at the same time.

On December 18, 2025, the Suzhou Non-mining Institute signed the “Suzhou Gusu District Housing Expropriation Compensation and Resettlement Agreement (Monetary Compensation)” and the “Suzhou Gusu District Housing Expropriation Compensation and Resettlement Supplementary Agreement” with the expropriation implementing unit. The Suzhou Non-mining Institute is expected to receive 181 million yuan in expropriation compensation.
