Yixintang announced that Ruan Hongxian, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman and president of the company, transferred the company's shares to his daughters Ruan Shengxiang and Ruan Aixiang respectively through bulk transactions, transferring a total of 1.9872% of the company's shares. The share transfer was an intra-family transfer. After the transfer, Ruan Hongxian signed a “Coordinating Actors Agreement” with his two daughters, which will not lead to a change in control of the company, nor will it affect the company's governance structure and continued operation.
