(Xibeng Group) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Neolithic Huitong (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Neolithic) to establish a long-term strategic cooperative relationship between the two parties in the fields of unmanned vehicle procurement, right-of-way development, operation services, and marketing.

According to the agreement, Xibeng Group and Neolithic will carry out in-depth cooperation in the following directions: 1. Unmanned vehicle procurement and operation cooperation: Xibang Group will purchase, lease or operate its unmanned vehicle products from Neolithic and carry out in-depth business collaboration in specific regions; 2. Right of way development and urban expansion: Xibang Group will be responsible for developing, testing and operating license applications for unmanned vehicles in designated cities, and Neolithic will provide technical support; 3. Operation service guarantee: Neolithic will provide Xishangfeng Group with full life cycle operation and maintenance, lifetime software services and special insurance support; 4. Exclusive market protection: In urban areas where Xibeng Group has successfully obtained and maintained the right of way, Neolithic will grant Xibeng Group exclusive distribution rights for a period of 3 years.
