Among them, welfare lottery agencies sold 16.525 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 367 million yuan, a decrease of 2.2%; sports lottery agencies sold 36.064 billion yuan, an increase of 250 million yuan over the previous year, an increase of 0.7%.
From January to November, the country sold a total of 575.62 billion yuan of lottery tickets, an increase of 9.703 billion yuan over the previous year, an increase of 1.7%. Among them, welfare lottery agencies sold 191,282 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2,456 billion yuan, an increase of 1.3%; sports lottery agencies sold 384.338 billion yuan, an increase of 7.247 billion yuan over the previous year, an increase of 1.9%.

I. National lottery ticket sales

II. Sales of lottery tickets by type
In November, sales of digital lotto tickets were 15.018 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 310 million yuan, a decrease of 2.0%; sales of lottery tickets were 24.436 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 535 million yuan, a decrease of 2.1%; sales of instant lottery tickets were 9.709 billion yuan, an increase of 497 million yuan, an increase of 5.4%; and sales of Keno lottery tickets were 3.426 billion yuan, an increase of 232 million yuan, an increase of 7.3%. In November, digital lotto, quiz, instant, and keno lottery sales accounted for 28.5%, 46.5%, 18.5%, and 6.5% of total lottery ticket sales, respectively. Video lottery sales were 505 billion yuan, an increase of 0.004 billion yuan over the same period last year.
Cumulative January-November sales of digital lottery tickets were 162,685 billion yuan, up 0.3%; lottery ticket sales were 254.413 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.888 billion yuan, a decrease of 1.9%; instant lottery ticket sales were 120,812 billion yuan, an increase of 14.625 billion yuan, an increase of 13.8%; and Keno lottery sales were 37.706 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 483 million yuan, a decrease of 1.3%. In January-November, digital lotto, quiz, instant, and keno lottery sales accounted for 28.3%, 44.2%, 21.0%, and 6.5% of total lottery ticket sales, respectively. Video lottery sales were 0.028.4 million yuan, an increase of 0.01.6 billion yuan over the previous year.

III. Lottery ticket sales by region
In November, compared with the same period last year, lottery ticket sales increased in 16 provinces across the country. Among them, Henan, Hubei, and Shandong increased significantly, with increases of 240 million yuan, 210 million yuan, and 210 million yuan respectively over the same period last year. Lottery sales declined in 15 provinces. Among them, Anhui, Jiangxi, and Chongqing dropped more, with year-on-year decreases of 280 million yuan, 210 million yuan, and 170 million yuan, respectively.
Cumulative from January to November, compared with the same period last year, lottery ticket sales increased in 22 provinces across the country. Among them, Shandong, Hubei, and Henan increased significantly, with year-on-year increases of 2.43 billion yuan, 1.96 billion yuan, and 1.74 billion yuan respectively. Lottery sales declined in nine provinces. Among them, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, and Guizhou saw significant declines, with year-on-year decreases of 1.15 billion yuan, 820 million yuan, and 650 million yuan, respectively.
