Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin and Travis Langer of CBRE’s National Retail Partners represented HBS Global Properties LLC in the sale of 110 High Ridge Rd. in Stamford, CT. The team also procured the buyer, 110 High Ridge Owner LLC. The sale price was not disclosed.

110 High Ridge Road is a 153,416-square-foot Whole Foods-anchored retail center situated at the crossroads of High Ridge and Long Ridge roads, two major commuter arteries in Stamford. The property was formerly a Lord & Taylor store and is being repositioned into a multi-tenant retail center. Whole Foods opened in December 2024 and Saks OFF 5TH relocated to 110 High Ridge from the Stamford Town Center Mall in 2022.

Dunne said, “The center’s ‘main and main’ location within the dominant retail corridor in the market, combined with its strong anchor tenancy and surrounding demographics, will help the buyer complete the repositioning and lease-up of the center.”
