US White House: Imposes comprehensive restrictions and entry restrictions on five other countries — Burkina Faso, Mali, the Niger, South Sudan, and Syria, as well as individuals holding travel documents issued by the Palestinian Authority. Comprehensive restrictions and entry restrictions have been imposed on the two countries that previously imposed partial restrictions — Laos and Sierra Leone. The ban on nonimmigrant visas was lifted while maintaining the moratorium on Turkmen nationals entering the country as immigrants. Partial restrictions and entry restrictions have been imposed on 15 additional countries, including: Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Dominica, Gabon, Gambia, Malawi, Mauritania, Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania, Tonga, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
