Zhongke Electric announced that the company signed an investment agreement with the Sichuan Luzhou Economic Development Zone Management Committee to invest in the construction of an “integrated lithium-ion battery anode material integration project with an annual output of 300,000 tons” in the Luzhou Economic Development Zone in Sichuan. The total investment of the project is about 7 billion yuan, in two phases. Among them, the first phase of the project plans to invest about 4.7 billion yuan to build an integrated production base for lithium-ion battery anode materials with an annual output of 200,000 tons; the second phase of the project plans to invest about 2.3 billion yuan to build an integrated production base for lithium-ion battery anode materials with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The project uses about 1,500 mu of land and is expected to meet the land concession conditions by March 31, 2026.
